VP CUSTOMER SUCCESS
We are looking for a "VP Customer Success" for our client
- 8+ years of experience managing teams in Customer Success, Professional Services functions or Presales in the enterprise software field.
- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
- Scrum Master, Agile Team or Kan-Ban experience is a plus.
- Ability to communicate with and manage business and technical team members and decision makers of customers.
- Effective people management skills, experience in technical team management, capable of managing technical and non-technical counterparts.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, out of the box thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to overcome problems while working directly with customers.
- Self-motivated and self-driven.
- Worked or willing to work in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment.
- A keen understanding of Java, data, databases, enterprise architecture, enterprise projects and principles.
- Past experience in a technical capacity working directly with software (product management, engineering, development, technical support, product and/or solution marketing, pre-sales, solution delivery).
- Knowledge of Project Management methodology (PMP certification) is a plus
- Very good command of English
